Responding to COVID-19

The following email was sent out to our church family on March 13th regarding how we are responding to the COVID-19 virus.
 
This is an email I never thought I would have to write. 


Trustee’s Hard At Work

Having a church facility is a blessing!  Want to have Bible study…the church is available.  Need a place for our youth group to gather…the church is available.  Weddings, funerals, mid-week services…the church is available.  But sometimes, our facilities need repair or upgraded.

Connecting people…

A few weeks ago I overheard a conversation that a couple of guys were having about the changing weather and their excitement to get out their golf clubs and hit the course. They were talking about their golf buddies and the courses they play on.  They talked about their new putters and drivers and how they were going to help them accomplish their goals of of lowering their score.  They even talked about their dreams of different courses that they would love to play on and people they wish they could play with.  Through it all I could tell that they were excited about golf!
